Your first appointment is more in-depth: we take time to learn about your overall health, perform a full foot and nail assessment, and provide the extra care most new clients need at the beginning. This helps us create a safe, personalized plan that supports your foot health  — and your overall well-being. This visit is longer and often involves more work. 

These appointments often focus on maintenance.
